Its founders had firsthand experience operating a sports training facility and recognized that spreadsheets and basic online calendars could not handle the demands of rentals, instructors, programs, payments, and customer access. They built the platform to solve those day-to-day operational challenges. Since then, eSoft Planner has grown through ongoing collaboration with owners of sports academies, complexes, swim clubs, schools, municipal centers, and other activity-based organizations across the United States. The team’s vision remains practical: give facility managers configurable tools, dependable support, and the operational confidence to spend less time on administration and more time serving their communities.
