eSoft Planner is the flagship product of PPC Communications, a family-owned company founded in Cincinnati, Ohio, in 2008. The platform began with a firsthand problem: sports training facility owners needed more than spreadsheets and basic online calendars could provide. Drawing on real operating experience, the team built software for scheduling, administration, and customer service challenges faced by activity-based businesses. Since then, eSoft Planner has continued to evolve through collaboration with owners of sports academies, complexes, swim clubs, schools, and other organizations across the United States. Our vision remains practical and customer-centered: give facility managers the tools, guidance, and flexibility to operate confidently, serve their communities well, and grow without unnecessary complexity.
Members can join through your club’s branded online registration experience when it is configured in eSoft Planner. They select the appropriate individual or family membership option, provide required account details, review applicable terms, and submit payment. Club staff can also create or update memberships internally when needed. Once active, the member record can support bookings, check-ins, access management, and program registration.
