eSoft Planner began in 2008 because its founders understood the limits of forcing spreadsheets and online calendars to manage a busy sports training facility. As the flagship product of family-owned PPC Communications in Cincinnati, Ohio, the platform was built from firsthand operating experience rather than theory alone. Since then, eSoft Planner has evolved through ongoing collaboration with owners of sports academies, complexes, swim clubs, schools, municipal centers, and other activity-based organizations across the United States. Our vision is to give facility managers the practical equipment, support, and flexibility they need to run their businesses their way. From baseball and softball programs to other instructor-led operations, we focus on configurable tools that reduce administrative work and support sustainable growth.
