eSoft Planner began in 2008 as the flagship product of PPC Communications, a family-owned company headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. Its founders understood the limitations of trying to run a sports training facility with spreadsheets and basic online calendars because they had experienced those challenges firsthand. They built a better tool for schedule-based, instructor-led businesses and continued improving it through direct collaboration with operators. From its Cincinnati roots, eSoft Planner has grown from supporting one sports training facility to serving academies, complexes, clubs, schools, municipalities, and activity-based businesses across the United States. The team’s vision remains practical: provide configurable software, knowledgeable guidance, and dependable support that help business owners run their operations their way.
