eSoft Planner began in 2008 when its founders saw that spreadsheets and standard online calendars could not meet the demands of instructor-led businesses. As the flagship product of family-owned PPC Communications in Cincinnati, Ohio, the platform grew from firsthand experience operating a sports training facility. Since then, eSoft Planner has evolved through collaboration with owners of sports academies, complexes, swim clubs, schools, municipal centers, and other activity-based organizations across the United States. Our vision is to give operators practical tools that fit the way they work—not force them into a rigid process.
