eSoft Planner began in 2008 as the flagship product of family-owned PPC Communications in Cincinnati, Ohio. Its founders understood the frustration of asking spreadsheets and basic online calendars to handle the realities of an instructor-led sports training facility, so they built a better tool for their own operation. Since then, eSoft Planner has developed through ongoing collaboration with owners of sports academies, complexes, swim clubs, gymnastics and cheer programs, and other activity-based businesses across the United States. The team focuses on giving managers practical equipment for operational success: configurable scheduling, registration, payments, communication, and support that fit the way each organization works. That hands-on origin still guides a flexible platform designed to reduce busywork and help clubs grow confidently.
