eSoft Planner began in 2008 as the flagship product of family-owned PPC Communications in Cincinnati, Ohio. Its founders understood firsthand how difficult it was for sports training facilities to force spreadsheets and online calendars to manage rentals, instructors, programs, and customer information. They built a purpose-designed solution for their own sports facility, then continued improving it alongside business owners across the United States. Today, eSoft Planner supports sports academies, complexes, swim clubs, schools, municipal centers, and other activity-based organizations. The team’s vision remains practical: provide facility managers with configurable tools, dependable support, and proven operational guidance so they can spend less time on repetitive administration and more time serving their athletes, customers, and communities.
