eSoft Planner began in 2008 as the flagship product of PPC Communications, a family-owned company headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. Its founders understood the limitations of forcing spreadsheets and basic online calendars to manage a sports training facility, so they built a system around the realities of scheduled and instructor-led businesses. Since then, eSoft Planner has evolved through direct collaboration with owners of sports academies, complexes, swim clubs, schools, municipal centers, and athletic organizations across the United States. The team remains focused on giving operators practical tools, flexible configuration, and personal guidance.
