eSoft Planner began in 2008 as the flagship product of family-owned PPC Communications in Cincinnati, Ohio. Its founders understood the limitations of forcing spreadsheets and online calendars to manage a sports training facility because they had experienced them firsthand. They built a solution for schedule-based and instructor-based businesses that needed more control, clarity, and customer self-service. Since then, eSoft Planner has evolved through ongoing collaboration with owners of sports academies, sports complexes, swim clubs, schools, municipal centers, and activity-based organizations across the United States. The team’s vision remains practical: give facility managers the configurable tools, knowledgeable guidance, and responsive support they need to streamline work, improve service, and grow without adding unnecessary administrative costs.
