Its founders understood the limits of trying to run a sports training facility with spreadsheets and general online calendars because they had experienced those challenges firsthand. They built a purpose-driven system for schedule-based and instructor-led businesses, then refined it through ongoing collaboration with owners across the United States. Today, eSoft Planner supports sports academies, complexes, swim organizations, schools, and other activity-based operations. The team’s vision remains practical: give facility managers the tools, guidance, and flexibility to reduce administrative work, serve customers better, and build sustainable operations around the programs they care about.
