Its founders understood the frustrations of trying to run an instructor-based business with spreadsheets and online calendars, because they had faced those challenges in their own sports training facility. From that firsthand experience, they built a configurable platform to support scheduling, memberships, billing, and everyday operations. Based in Cincinnati, Ohio, eSoft Planner has evolved through ongoing collaboration with owners of sports academies, complexes, swim clubs, music schools, shooting ranges, and other activity-based organizations across the United States.
