Covered Bridge Swim Club Registration Waiver and Privacy Policy

Covered Bridge Swim Club has created this statement to demonstrate our firm commitment to safety and privacy.


General Statement of Safety Principles

The Covered Bridge Swim Club (the “Club”) assumes no responsibility for its members, their property, and or guests.  All Club members are expected to understand that risks are involved with these activities and act in a responsible manner. Acceptance of this waiver marks the member’s agreement to the safety rules and regulations specified in the Club’s By-Laws, which can be found at


General Statement of Privacy Principles

As described in detail below, any information retained through the eSoftplanner Online Membership System for the Clubis strictly for the Club’s use and is not shared with any other entity, public or private, for any reason - period. It is used only to process the purchase of an annual membership to the Club, which is a  seasonal swim club that operates from  the Saturday before Memorial Day and  through Labor Day, and to contact you for the Club’s  business purposes.


Personal Information Collected - Membership Orders

With the exception of credit card info, eSoftplanner stores the information from your membership selection to allow the Club to track membership statistics and to help provide customer service with regards to specific member inquiries.  When eSoftplanner transfers sensitive personal data (for example, credit card information) over the Internet, they protect it using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. While they strive to protect your personal information, they cannot ensure the security of the information you transmit. The Club recommends you to take every precaution in protecting your personal information when you are on the Internet. For example, change your passwords often, use a combination of letters and numbers when creating passwords, and make sure you use a secure browser.


Cancellation Policy

All Club membership purchases are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Any money owed to a member because of his or her  participation in one of the Proud Owner Service Days will be paid in the form of a snack bar credit, guest passes or as a credit towards the member’se dues for the following season. The only exception is when a member wishes to turn in their pre-paid bond. At that time a letter should be drafted to the Club to redeem the bond, and mailed with the original bond certificate to PO Box 1203, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034.
