For athletes who are 11 to 14 years old.
All sessions will be approximately 60 minutes in length and will have a max of 4 athletes per session.
The goal for all athletes will be to develop strength, speed and power for peak performance on the field.
General nutrition information will be provided and athletes will be encouraged to develop good nutrition habits.
This is for athletes who want to commit to a program of working out eight times per month. Sessions must be used because they do not carry over to the following month. All sessions must be scheduled online in advance.
