Athletes who are 8 to 10 years old should register for Jr Strength and Conditioning Sessions
Athletes who are 10-13 years old should register for Middle School Strength and Conditioning Sessions
Athletes who are 13 years old and older should register for the Elite Strength and Conditioning Sessions
All sessions will be approximately 45-60 minutes in length and will have a max of four athletes per session.
The goal for all athletes will be to develop basic movement patterns (i.e. to become more athletic) while having fun
This is for athletes who want to commit to a program of working out four times per month. Sessions must be used because they do not carry over to the following month. All sessions must be scheduled online in advance.
