Athletes who are 8 to 10 years old should register for Jr Strength and Conditioning Sessions (focus is on basic movement patterns and general athleticism)-45 minute sessions
Athletes who are 10-13 years old should register for Middle School Strength and Conditioning Sessions (focus is on use of body weight and general athleticism)-45-60 minute sessions
Athletes who are 13 years old and older should register for the Elite Strength and Conditioning Sessions (for serious athletes who want to learn about nutrition and weight train for athletic performance)-60-75 minute sessions
All sessions will have a max of four athletes per session.
Sessions must be used because they do not carry over to the following month. All sessions must be scheduled online in advance.
