5pm - Strength & Youth Speed
6pm - Jr High/HS Speed & Youth Speed
4pm - Jr High/HS Spee
5pm - Youth Speed
9am - Youth Speed
10am - Jr High/HS Speed
11am - Strength
Please REGISTER your Athlete's for class. We have a large number of new athlete's join the DNA famliy and are getting close to our cap of 9 athletes for some classes. Thank you!
IF Athlete's are not registered or show up to the wrong class, we will be turning them away (or registering if there is room in the class).
