Flex Vertical Jump Program
Our strength training with a focus creating explosive force into the ground to help increase our athlete's vertical jump, as well as teaching proper mechanics for landing safely. Perfect for our basketball and volleyball players. Classes take place in our strength class every day at 5pm, and you have the flexibility to choose the days you come in.
Arm Care & Velocity Program
Our Strength program created around teaching our overhead athletes shoulder saftey, as well as greatly increasing rotational force, in order to increase bat speed during their swing as well as arm speed during their throwing motion. Whether you're a pitcher or designated hitter, you don't want to miss out on your chance to increase your power at the plate and mound.
