9:30 AM – 12:00 PM

$90 per Camper

Lead Instuctors: The HIT Squad 

Sample Daily Schedule (May Vary)

9:15   Campers Arrive  

9:30   Warm-up, Dynamic Stretching, Agilities, Core Stations    

9:50   Throwing, Base Running, and Sliding       

10:20    Fielding      

10:50  Hitting

11:15  Daily Scrimmage / Hitting Competition     

11:45  Camp Talk

12:00  Done

-         Each players should bring their own water to camp each day. 

 -         Baseball pants, baseball hats, and spikes are required.  

Please note the Indoor Training Facility will be utilized if there is bad weather.

Players will need to wear sneakers or turf shoes if camp is moved indoors.
