Building a strong foundation at an early age is a key to success.  The Rookie school teaches sound FUNdamentals while having competitive fun!

Coach Ellen McDonnell is returning this year to teach the rookies!  Ellen loves this program and the players love her!

From tee to toss in hitting, to glovework in throwing and fielding, and from release to plate strategy in pitching, the Rookie school instructs from the ground up. Each player will receive a PFP t-shirt to be worn to each training session.

Classes offered include 2 hours of training per week

Session 1: Oct 6 -Nov 10 Overhand Throwing l Defense l Offense

Session 2: Jan 5- Feb 9 Overhand Throwing l Pitching l Offense
