Tabata is a form of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). This class is 55 minutes long with a 20/10 work/rest ratio. A variety of cardio, strength, and core will be used. Dumbells and a mat a recommended for this class.
Sunday mornings will be circuit training class
Meghan is an NASM and ACE certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Her classes will challenge you to give 100% and take you to the next level.
This is a 10 time punch card for group excercise classes, after completing 10 sessions you will have to purchase another punch card. We will also have the option of drop in for $15 dollars per class.
Clases will be held on:
Sundays from8:00-9:00 AM (Circuit Training)
Tuesdays from 10:00 am to 11:00 am (Tabata)
Thursdays from 10:00 am to 11:00 am (Tabata)
