Fielding FUNdamentals (w/ Overhand Throwing) INDIVIDUAL SESSION SIGN UP

We will work ground ball/ fly ball fielding fundamentals in this class.  Anticipate one hour of drills, skills, and reps.    

Each class we will review, drill, and practice the principles of Austin Wassernan's High Level Throwing Program for the first 10-15 minutes of class.
