Who Should Join: Any serious Baseball pitcher looking for a complete arm care and throwing program to prepare for the 2020 season!
Camp Focus: To improve positioning and timing at front foot srike (landing), and build a repeatable delivery that will keep you healthy and provide the best opportunity for increased velocity and accuracy.
Phase 1 (5 weeks, 3 sessions per week): Through the use of video analysis and drill work, we will identify flaws/limitations and customize a plan for each pitcher. Pitchers will train using J-Bands (to balance, condition, and strengthen the arm), the Core Velocity Belt (so pitchers can feel the lower half working effectively), med balls (rotation and anti rotation exercises), wrist weights, TAP Balls, body weight exercises such as lunges, squat jumps, and broad jumps.
