Strength & Conditioning (Unlimited) - April

Strength & Conditioning Program – Ideal for Basketball, Baseball, Lacrosse & Football Athletes

45 - 60 minutes of work out which includes but is not limited to:

·       Stretching/ Active Warm-up

·       Ladders

·       Cone drills

·       Hurdles

·       Plyometrics Boxes

·       Stop/Start Drills

·       Teach Proper Running Mechanics

 30 min of Strength training which includes:

·       Olympic lifts, increasing overall body strength and various forms of conditioning

 

IF A PLAYER CANNOT MAKE A SESSION PLEASE CONTACT COACH ERIC AND THEY CAN MAKE-UP THE SESSION AS LONG AS IT IS WITHIN THE CURRENT RUNNING PROGRAM.
