This small group program focuses on techniques used in speed, agility, and strength to maximize improvements in athletic performance and injury prevention.
At this level, classes are broken out by specific speed technique (Linear Speed and Change of Direction). Both classes include a strength training component with age appropriate resistance and core strenghtening exercises. Athletes in this program benefit from taking both classes as linear speed and change of direction are foundational skills for all sports at this age.
