5 week Softball Training Clinic for experienced players ages 14-18 with coach Alison Gaffney. This program covers offense and defense skills in a fast-paced format. Players will work on throwing, fielding, hitting and softball conditioning drills for speed, agility and flexibility. Small group format limited to 8 players.
Participants may bring their own equipment (bat, glove, helmet) or use ours. Bring a water bottle.
