The Core FUNDAMAMENTALS- Receive, Block, Transfers (Saturdays)

This 5-week program led by Master Instructor, Kerri Jacklets is designed to develop the core skills required to becoming an excellent field general behind the plate!  The course will prepare players for the upcoming season and provide the drill progressions necessary to bring your fundamentals to the next level. This gives the catchers an incomparable winter training advantage!

The majority of class time will be spent going through high tempo drill work to maximize reps on the dirt. This is an important session in understanding how to advance within your game for your team.  The dirt space will be utilized to practice the BIG THREE catching fundamentals necessary to advance your skills on gameday including:  

• Receiving 
• Throwing/Transfers
• Blocking

MAKE UP DATE:  ONLY held if CANCELLATION from Planet Fastpitch due to weather or unforeseen circumstance.
