It's that busy time of year for us all! We are certainly busy over here at eSoft Planner, so we wanted to remind you of our Online Help Desk.
We encourage you to utilize our Online Help Desk, JIRA/Atlassian, to submit a ticket to us if you have a question, issue or feature request! Our promise to you is that, during normal business hours, we will reply within 2 hours; our average is 25 minutes! It's the best way to ensure voicemails and emails don't go unanswered as we're busy training our new customers and supporting our existing ones and want to give you the best support possible! It's not just for logging tickets! We have created over 50 articles of commonly asked questions, hangups and troubleshooting steps that are easy for you to access.
HOW DO YOU ACCESS OUR ONLINE HELP DESK?
Once logged into eSoft Planner (Staff or Admin), if you click SUPPORT at the top of the page, on the page that loads, click on the Online Help Desk link. If you don't already have a login, use the 'Sign Up' link at the bottom of the page to create one. Once logged in, you'll be able to search our articles based on key words and/or open a ticket by clicking one of the request types.
