Whether you are using one of our modules or all of them, the eSoft Planner software is designed to simplify the management of your business. So is our training. We offer three levels of training to suit your budget and needs, and our helpful, highly trained staff is available through the life of your subscription to support you as needed.

Training Options:

Train the Trainer

Most budget-friendly; virtual training for the individual who will be the eSoft Planner administrator. One on One training via the web Development of implementation schedule 2 - 2 hour sessions (scheduled within 3 days of each other) 3 Data entry checkups 1-1hour review training sessions available for the first 30 days See training outline

Train the Team - (Recommended for most customers)

Trains several primary users. One on One training via the web Development of implementation schedule 4 - 2 hour sessions for management Training of Management Team for administration portal Individual employee training for employee portal(up to 10 employees for 15 minutes) 5 Data entry checkups 3 - 1 hour review training sessions available for the first 30 days (weekly) See training outline

On-site Training
