Customer Interactions: the key to keeping customers loyal is regular interaction, but we are so busy these days that it’s easy to miss opportunities to connect. eSoft Planner manages you and your employees’ calendars online so you never miss an appointment or follow up call again. Your calendar can be public or private, and you can access your employees’ calendars at any time, or add appointments for them.

File Manager: we’re living in a paperless world, and yet many of us still have those dinosaur filing cabinets taking up space. Our built-in file manager will store all your documents online; no more searching through piles of paper to find what you need. Just scan the document and upload it into its virtual place; it will be there when you need it.

Automated Email System: save on your printing and postage costs – our automated email system confirms clients’ purchases and reservations, and then reminds them of upcoming appointments or engagements. Employee Management
All of our modules also help you keep a handle on your employees’ schedules and information. You can pull up their calendars anytime, anywhere, but there’s more:

Hourly Scheduling: keep your team on track by making their schedules available online. No more phone calls wondering whether it’s their day to work; they can pull up their schedule from their own browser. You can even create repeating weekly schedules so the input process is even easier.

Time Tracking: employees can clock in and out via eSoft Planner so all timecard information is stored online. You can set up multiple job classifications with different hourly rates for each employee so payroll is generated automatically by the system. eSoft also automatically records the time and IP address so any verification issues are eliminated.

Employee Commissions: Through the Appointment Scheduling module you can set up commission rates for each employee based on appointment type. These are generated and exported for third party payroll services.




Marketing
You have your customers’ attention while they are scheduling their business with you; you need to make the most of it! E-marketing is critical to success in today’s business world, and eSoft Planner can help you build your program.

Many companies pay third party companies to generate and distribute marketing emails, but eSoft Planner includes that capability free with our core software. Just develop your email database (you can input your own and eSoft will build on it by tracking the contact info for all new customers) and choose one of our email templates. Input your message, choose your distribution list and we’ll do the rest!

eSoft Planner also allows you to customize messages that clients will see every time they log in, and to create dashboard messages that you can update at any time.
