The new eSoft Planner Membership module is built with the ability for businesses to create and offer customized memberships to their clients. Since the membership module is completely integrated with the existing modules, memberships can include additional services a business may offer, whether they are appointments, lessons, classes, camps, or location rentals. eSoft Planner automatically handles these membership credits and clients can schedule online at any time, no phone calls, no manual tracking of who has used what. This streamlines billing and makes membership management easy.
However, not only is the membership module integrated with the other eSoft Planner modules it is also integrated into the Authorize.Net ARB (Automated Recurring Billing) system. This allows monthly membership dues to be charged automatically each month to a credit/debit card or even a checking or savings account as an ACH withdraw. Clients can view their account details at any time by logging into their account. They can view their current balance, monthly charges, remaining charges, note balances, and more. Also to make things even easier for families with multiple memberships, memberships can be grouped together creating one monthly charge, instead of multiple charges to their account each month.
