Always looking for ways to improve upon its already streamlined system, eSoft Planner’s Appointment Reservation software provides clients more flexibility to run their business as they see fit.  When asked to explain how his clients will benefit from this new feature, Mike Meszaros-owner of PPC, had this to say, “While, most of the time, it is beneficial to have clients pay for appointments at the time of scheduling, there are some instances when you can actually secure more money for your organization by handling it differently.  An example of this might be if a music teacher has a student who takes piano lessons from 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm every Tuesday and Thursday indefinitely.  Obviously, the student will not be able to pay the full amount upfront, but needs the security of knowing they will be able to continue their lessons consistently.  Using the Appointment Reservation software, the administrator can reserve the appointment time and location that the student requested and specify how far in advance each lesson must be paid in order to keep their reservation.  This way, the Music Academy can receive consistent income from the student and if the student does not pay within their specified time frame, the lesson will be made available to other students at that time.

eSoft Planner’s Appointment Reservation software allows full customization.  The administrator designates which employees have permission to utilize this option, specifies how far in advance a client must pay for an appointment reservation, and customizes emails automatically sent to clients reminding them to pay for their appointment within the specified period of time.  This is just one more way that eSoft Planner’s facility management system allows its clients the freedom to focus on the most important elements of their business.
